  • You need 1 of Big Onion.
  • Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
  • Use 1 cup of Besan(Chickpea flour).

  • Now keep 1 tsp Besan aside and remaining take in bowl,add soda, corn flour half salt, garlic and chilli powder.
  • Now sprinkle Besan powder on flower, it will stick it easily bcoz of salt the onion will leave moisture
  • Now heat the oil on high heat, then once it start boiling make it medium and fry the bloom onion from both sides.
